This is an introduction to Trance Mediumship meditation and attunement. We will gently invite the Spirit World to draw near, then open the door for them to blend with our awareness. There may be a slight overshadowing as we begin to sense what it’s like to allow them to work through us. In this session, we will seek to identify who is stepping forward, understand who they are in relation to us, and let them guide us in feeling how it manifests when they work through our physicality — through our speech (for Trance Speaking) and through our hands (for Trance or channeled writing and Trance healing). Relax, be still, and allow the experience to unfold. Try not to overthink or analyze; simply be present and receptive.
