Please use this meditation and attunement to sit with God and the Holy Ones, helping to lighten your burdens and surrender your problems or stresses to the Upper Realms. When we release what no longer serves us or what blocks us from fulfilling our purpose here on Earth, we clear ourselves, making it easier for the Spirit's influence and the Creator's power to flow through us.
