ATTUNEMENT TO AND EXPLORATION OF SPIRIT POWER AND PHENOMENA. A 5-DAY WORKSHOP AT THE CONVENTO DE SÃO FRANCISCO, SÃO MIGUEL, AZORES, IN PORTUGAL. SEPTEMBER 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2026
A RETREAT FOCUSED ON TRANCE, PHYSICAL MEDIUMSHIP, PARANORMAL INVESTIGATION, AND ATTUNING TO THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT.
The Convento de São Francisco is a 16th-century monastery on São Miguel Island in the Azores, lovingly restored into a 14-room hotel for spiritual and religious workshops. This exceptional space exudes positive energy and healing vibrations. It is decorated with period furniture and spiritual elements. I have been fortunate enough to spend time there and lead 2 retreats, and the energy emanating from the monastery is incredible. Please join me for this unique retreat at this truly magical location, where we will deepen our connection to the higher realms and harness the power to support our Mediumship, Healership, and Spiritual journey. The Convento is a divine place of healing and heightened Spirit energy!
During this retreat, we will work to strengthen your connection with Spirit so they can work through you as needed. Everyone’s journey and path are different, but the destination is the same: to help others and be of service. We will also commune with some of the monks who have inhabited the Convento for hundreds of years.
With daily meditations and attunements, exercises, ample practice, and discussions, we will create the perfect vessel (you) for Spirit to work through, allowing your Spirit to fulfill itself here on earth.
There will be several evening sessions during which we will sit in seance conditions, red light for transfiguration, and engage in paranormal activities.
If all participants are able and the weather allows, I want to plan a morning or evening meditation on the island, maybe at the beach, a volcanic lake, or a crater. There will also be a morning or two off for exploring the island.
This is a mixed-level workshop, but please have a solid understanding of the mechanics of Mediumship and recognize that the only limitations on Spirit are those we impose on them. We stay in the light at my retreats, classes, and workshops, so please, no negative belief systems or mindsets.
Whether you are an Evidential or Trance Medium or work with Healership, this retreat will strengthen your connection and bring you closer to the power of the Spirit within and without. The Paranormal investigation and exercises provide another layer of understanding of Spirit Communication and intelligence.
Limited to 16 people.

Check-in is on Sunday, September 13th, and check-out is on Saturday, the 19th.

If you have not worked with me before, we can schedule a brief Zoom call to ensure our energy and intentions are aligned.
Please note that you must stay at the Convento to participate in this workshop. If this is not possible for any reason, please let me know, and we can discuss alternatives.
If you are traveling with a partner or friend who wants to explore the island while we work, they are also welcome to stay. There will be some evening sessions, but not every night.
An orchard, inner courtyard, fire pit, pool, and lovely garden will be available during the retreat. There is also reliable Wi-Fi.
I will arrange for a private chef to come for 3 evenings, with the meal costs included in the workshop fee. There are many nearby stores and restaurants for lunch and dinner.
We will have access to a kitchen with a refrigerator to store food.
The Convento is in the parish of Vila Franco Do Campo, a beautiful area right by the harbor. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and lovely ocean-side cafes are nearby. The Convento also overlooks a small lagoon island, where you can take a boat to in good weather. The ocean is a 5-minute walk away. Vila Franco Do Campo is about 20 minutes from Ponta Delgada, the central city of São Miguel, and roughly 25 minutes from the airport. It’s also in the island's center, making sightseeing easier.
The Azores, an autonomous region of Portugal, comprises nine islands. Their natural beauty is amazing, making them one of the most beautiful places on earth. São Miguel is the largest island and the capital of the Azores. The Azores are considered the mountaintops of the lost continent of Atlantis and are known as the "Hawaii of Europe." The islands are the farthest point in Europe westward and the closest point to North America.
I have had a home on São Miguel for the past 10 years, and by the time this retreat takes place, I will be living there full-time. If you need any information about the island, please let me know. I suggest people come a few days earlier and stay a bit longer to explore paradise!
The flight time from North America is about five hours. It takes around 4.5 hours from Central Europe and 2 hours from Lisbon or Porto.
There are direct flights from Lisbon and Porto to the Azores on Azores Airlines, Ryanair, and TAP. Flights to mainland Portugal on Ryanair or Azores Airlines are relatively inexpensive when booked in advance. In addition, United Airlines flies directly from NYC (Newark), and Azores Airlines has direct flights from NYC (JFK), Toronto, and Boston. Direct flights from Frankfurt, Paris, Geneva, London, Amsterdam, Brussels, Madrid, and other European cities are also operated by European-based airlines. The airport is Ponta Delgada (PDL) on São Miguel, if anyone wants to check flight options. I recommend using Google Flights to track ticket costs. I strongly suggest travel insurance or a refundable fare class when purchasing your ticket.
Costs can be saved by sharing a rental car, which is costly by Portuguese standards. If you do not wish to rent a car, a cab from the airport to the Convento is about €25.
I am adding a short YouTube film about Sao Miguel so everyone can see its beauty.

*There have been lovely renovations and modernizations, but this is still a 16th-century building. It’s beautiful and sacred, but also old.
